If strength training can reverse the aging process, how long could you live?

While strength training can have significant benefits for overall health and aging, it is important to note that it cannot completely reverse the aging process or extend lifespan beyond a certain limit.

The aging process is a complex biological phenomenon that involves multiple factors, including genetics, lifestyle, and environmental factors. While strength training can help to preserve muscle mass, bone density, and functional abilities as we age, it cannot prevent all age-related changes in the body, such as cellular damage and changes in organ function.

The maximum lifespan for humans is estimated to be around 120 years, and there is currently no known way to extend this limit through any means, including strength training. However, engaging in regular strength training and other healthy habits such as a balanced diet and stress management can certainly improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of age-related diseases, helping to maintain physical and cognitive function well into old age
