WE SPECIALISE IN GETTING YOU STRONGER, HEALTHIER AND FITTER SO THAT EVERYDAY TASKS ARE EASIER.

At Physique Training we are passionate about the health benefits of lifting weights. We utilise a range of complementary therapies to provide a training environment not found anywhere else in Perth (WA) and possibly anywhere else in Australia. Bold claims, but then we produce amazing results, day in and day out with ordinary people.

On any typical day, you will see people, male and female, aged from 14 years old to 83 years young lifting weights and becoming fitter, healthier and stronger. This includes Pete and his coaches; they also train at Physique, as there is no better place to train. Even though our membership is predominantly female, we accept anybody who wants to become fitter and stronger and fits with our philosophy.

 

Strength training will help protect your joints from further injury, maintaining flexibility and balance, which can help you remain independent as you age by preventing sarcopenia. Your mobility, posture and balance will improve which will help prevent falls and decline in older people. Lifting weights has been shown to prevent and control chronic conditions such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, back pain, pain management, osteoporosis, depression and obesity.
